MVSS leaves a typewritten report for each consultation and surgery that is performed. Included in the surgery report are the patient and client information, comments on the procedure performed, the history, exam findings, surgery details, and post operative home care instructions and guidelines. Included in the consultation report are the patient and client information, an overview of the history, radiographs, exam findings, a working diagnosis and recommendations based on his clinical findings and his experience. Please ask for a copy of the report.

MVSS leaves an invoice for the Hospital where they perform their services and the Hospital pays MVSS directly. The Hospital in turn will collect the appropriate fees from the client.
